What You Will See

The EV Trainer Cart is a fully operational electric drivetrain built for the classroom. Every component is real — the same hardware used in actual EV conversions, mounted on a portable cart built to fit through ADA doorways.

Real EV Components

Tesla or Hyper9 motor, lithium battery pack, inverter, J1772 charge port, and BMS — the same parts your students will work on in the field.

Safety by Design

Transparent polycarbonate guards, color-coded wiring, and low-voltage test points make it safe for student hands. No special lab infrastructure required.

Curriculum Included

Labs, quizzes, answer keys, and a Train-the-Trainer course aligned to ASE standards — everything ships with the cart. You can be teaching in days, not months.

His YouTube channel has built a following among automotive and welding educators who want practical content. He’ll be part of the conversation on May 13 about where EV fits in existing automotive programs.
