Featuring a live Hyper9 or Tesla motor, inverter, lithium battery pack, and J1772 charge port, this system mirrors real-world EV architecture while keeping students safe through color-coded wiring and transparent guards. Our cart was designed around our race proven engineering since 2009 and a 20 year college level automotive instructor. Designed from the ground up to be a robust, easy to see and use electric vehicle trainer. Teach anywhere as this unit fits through any ADA doorway without any disassembly. If you want, all of the components can be transplanted into an actual vehicle for road use.

The EV Trainer Cart can be configured for either a 100V Hyper9 OR 400V Tesla to power up and provide your students a true working EV platform they can all see. From throttle response and regenerative braking to CAN communication and data monitoring, the Trainer Cart gives instructors the ability to demonstrate every major system interaction in real time. Additionally, the EV Trainer components can be used in the electrification of a vehicle. Over time, the EV Trainer provides for a multiple skill levels of learning on a single platform.

Yes. Our high-quality EV Trainer Cart replicates core EV systems such as battery management, inverter control, electric motor function, and CAN communication. It provides realistic diagnostics using scan tools and mimics actual vehicle behavior under controlled conditions.
Yes. The EV Trainer Cart is mounted on wheels and built to fit through ADA doorways without any disassembly. Large rubberized wheels easily roll over uneven surfaces and don’t mark the floor. It is much smaller than a full car, making them ideal for labs with limited space or multi-use classrooms.
Yes. The EV Trainer Cart comes with a full curriculum including sample faults and built-in diagnostic ports, allowing students to use scan tools and multimeters to identify and repair simulated issues just like they would on an actual EV. The included laptop is preloaded with everything you need.
